3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to treat properties with respect, comply with house rules, and report any damages or issues immediately. Smoking is prohibited unless explicitly permitted. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by booking type. Generally, cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur fees. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Liability
Karid Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
6. Cleaning Services
Cleaning service terms include access requirements, pricing adjustments for property condition, and quality guarantees. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, damage, or biohazards.
7. Landlord Partnerships
Partnership agreements are subject to separate contracts. Terms cover rental guarantees, property maintenance, insurance, and agreement duration. Properties must meet minimum standards.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
